I was charged $99 after my free trial ended -I thought I cancelled!

Hi, I signed up for Skool about 2 weeks ago to try it out. I'm pretty sure I cancelled before the trial ended, but I just got charged $99 on my credit card. I definitely don't want the Pro plan -I was just testing things out. Can you please refund this charge? I'm really frustrated because I specifically remember clicking something to cancel. My Zapier zap stopped working -members aren't getting added to Mailchimp

Hi, I had a Zapier integration set up that automatically added new paid members to my Mailchimp email list. It was working perfectly for 2 months and then just stopped last week. New members are joining and paying but they're not showing up in Mailchimp. I checked Zapier and the zap is turned on. I haven't changed anything on either side. This is really messing up my onboarding sequence because new members aren't getting my welcome emails. Please help! Amanda

Member can't access level 5 course even though they're level 5

One of my top members (Lisa K.) reached level 5 in my photography community but the Advanced Lighting course that's supposed to unlock at level 5 is still showing as locked for her. She's been super active and earned her level legitimately. She's really disappointed. Can you help?

Getting hit with spam accounts -20+ in the last 3 days

My crypto education community has been getting hammered by spam accounts. In the last 3 days, about 20 accounts have joined and started posting links to scam sites. I've been banning them one by one but more keep coming. Some of them even have realistic-looking profiles. Is there a way to prevent this? I'm spending an hour a day just cleaning up spam. James

Why isn't my community showing up in Discovery?

I've had my fitness community for 4 months now. 85 active members, posts every day, About page is done, cover photo uploaded. But when I search Discovery under Fitness, my community doesn't show up anywhere. What am I doing wrong? Ryan

I can't log in and my email change isn't working

I tried to change my email address yesterday from elena.k@yahoo.com to elena.kowalski@gmail.com but now I can't log in with either email. I never got the verification code. I'm locked out of my account and my community. Please help -I have a live event in 2 days. Elena

Videos not playing on mobile -members complaining

Multiple members in my coaching community are reporting that course videos won't play on the mobile app. They tap play and nothing happens -just a black screen. This is happening on both iPhone and Android. Desktop seems fine. I have about 40 lessons with native uploaded videos. This is affecting my entire program. Carlos

Creator won't refund me and I want my money back NOW

I joined a trading community 2 weeks ago for $197/month. The content is terrible -it's just recycled YouTube videos and the "live trading" sessions have happened exactly ZERO times even though they promised daily sessions. I asked the creator for a refund and they ignored me. I want Skool to refund me directly. This feels like a scam. Kevin

My moderator can't change course settings -is this a bug?

I made my assistant Sarah a moderator in my yoga community. She needs to update some course descriptions and change which courses are locked behind levels. But she says she can't find the edit options. Is this a permissions bug? She can approve new members and delete comments just fine. Nicole
